At Woodcraft, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal home furnishings and strive to ensure every piece fits perfectly in your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Woodcraft account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master craftsmen inspect the item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
